Holiday Inn Express Bilbao, An Ihg

Good location for the airport and free shuttle bus is very convenient. My only question is that the beds are very firm. Maybe because I'm used to a softer mattress, but it wasn't a very comfortable sleep. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Hotel was very comfortable. The rooms above the terrace of the ground floor are quite loud as people gather there and smoke late in the night. Breakfast was very good with pastries, yogurt, deli meat, etc. Staff friendly. Check in times seemed very long as it is a busy hotel. Lifts must be leveled/calibrated. You leave a step in/out. Overall a great stay.

The staff was extremely helpful to receive the logistics of our 1 night during our holiday, including luggage storage, airport transfer, early control etc. They even offered us breakfast when we arrived and asked for a last minute of early check-in, we were pleasantly surprised by this after the night flow. Very recommended to become a free member of the chain.

Great location in relation to airport. They have a shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up. The restaurant that is at the hotel is good. Hotel carpet on our floor needs to be replaced due to spots all over. Great place to stay particularly if you have an early flight.
