Essenza Cibo Lento - BARLETTA

My wife and I visited here based upon previous reviews and we weren't disappointed. It’s a husband and wife team who are both very passionate about their restaurant with the husband taking care of the food and the wife running the front of house. The foot was very traditional and amazing value… We picked the squid and the sausage. Both were excellent and accompanied by exceptional sourdough breads baked on the premises. Their wines were also amazing with the house white being a particular highlight. The atmosphere, with the restaurant being located down a bustling side street, the attentive and prompt service, and not to mention the amazing food made for a wonderful experience for us and we’re both very grateful for a beautiful evening to celebrate our honeymoon! Very good service and gorgeous cozy surroundings but the meat was not it, based on the homemade bread I would say order else than meat

Exquisite fishhorses! but even better the generous welcome of the staff. I found an authentic, refined place, dyed art and nest of pleasant chatting between fresh minds and young views! thanks for quality food and wine and for the pleasant interchange!

Charming and welcoming place. excellent value for money. The girl who served us was very nice and kind. food is fresh and good quality. definitely a place to come back and recommend.
