This bright red modern food trailer in suburban Hendon specializes in hand-carved salt beef sandwiches, homemade burgers, and more. The trailer is impeccably clean and the staff are clearly passionate food enthusiasts with industry experience. The menu changes weekly with daily specials, and I was impressed by the high quality of the food. I tried the homemade burger which was flavorful and made with top-notch meat and seasoning. My dining companion opted for the salt beef sandwich and was thoroughly pleased with it. The salt beef is brined and braised using a family recipe passed down from the owner's grandmother, using beef brisket from a local butcher. Despite my initial doubts, the deep fried Oreos were surprisingly light and delicious. In the end, I left Pitstop Street Kitchen feeling satisfied and full, looking forward to returning to try out more items on the menu. The loyalty card scheme is a great perk, offering a free lunch after collecting ten stars. I highly recommend Pitstop Street Kitchen as a convenient and budget-friendly option compared to upscale burger joints in Mayfair. Great job, Pitstop team!
Today, I visited The Pitstop for breakfast. I decided to order bacon and eggs on toast, but I was disappointed when the egg was overcooked and hard. I believe the cook may have been preoccupied with chatting with his friends. However, my wife ordered a breakfast wrap which was delicious.
