Tim Hortons - Barrie

Rudest tim hortons staff I have ever stumbled upon! Most unprofessional rude bunch. Went with a friend and orders coffees and when we came up to the window, I was in passenger seat having a smoke and they put there hands up to cover there face in disgust as if we smelt as they passed our drinks to us. Don't work in window with customers if you don't know how to condone yourself in a professional manner. That ain't it!

They always take care of me whenever I go they know my order whatever I come in and have it

The service is what makes this place tick. Always correct orders.

Been going here for the last 5 years and for the first few years it was good, coffee was always made to order and food quality was good but for the last 2 years the quality has gone down. There have been more times than not that the coffee has been disappointing, some of the service has been rushed when im the only car in line, and it feels like alot of the staff are inattentive to the standards that should be kept up with a chain like tim hortons! Hate to see the lack of care the employees have for their jobs. Just hoping someone from the chain sees these and makes a change.

I was in your location yesterday morning, two of your staff members one being the morning supervisor completely ignored me while looking at me talking their own language. They understand and speak English then they should speak it on the floor especially while looking at a customer. This was very disrespectful and rude.
