I work in mall and I always get my iced coffee from here with light ice. Its always like this when I order they make faces and doesn’t greet at all same thing happened today I ordered my iced coffee and actually my iced coffee was hot and the ice in it melted instantly and it tastes bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work at mall and this tim’s was my go to until today. I ordered wedges and they were half baked and cut in very irregular shape. I asked the lady assistant if she could have a look at wedges as I think they’rnt baked well. Without even looking at them, she said this is how me make it. The lady had a lot of attitude in her and poor customer skills. There are lot of tim hortons around, I’ll avoid going here. And yes as mentioned in other comments, after this incident, the staff started laughing and gossiping out loud.
