Dunkin' Baskin-robbins - Barstow

They didn't have bananas for my split but gave me 2 donuts without even asking for something in exchange

Cappuccino blast is so good. The scoop of ice cream ordered was the wrong kind.

I order a banana split and got three scoops of ice cream not even the kind of ice cream flavors i wounded

I rate this Dunkin 5 stars because Kenneth, who I assume is the manager, is a great person. He's very professional, has a smile on his face and shows genuine care and interest in visitors. I'll go out of my way from now on to visit this Dunkin. Thanks Kenneth for being awesome. Keep it up. PS. The Grilled Cheese is fantastic.

We are on a cross-country road trip and decided ice cream sounded good. Baskin Robbins was in with Dunkin', and my complaint is about BR. The service was so unfriendly that I would take the time to give a bad review! Talk about rude!! The young boy waiting on us was RUDE! And the waffle cone was stale! Ice cream was good but didn't trust the boy serving it. Awful. Don't waste your time!
