**A Disappointing Experience!** I had high hopes, but the reality was quite different. The service was slow, and we endured a long wait for our meals. When the food finally arrived, the potatoes were cold, and to make matters worse, the chicken in the pasta was only partially cooked—definitely not just a little pink in the center!

We dined on March 18th and I ordered a 6-ounce medium sirloin steak. Unfortunately, my steak was quite thin and cooked rare. I sent it back to have it prepared medium, but it returned still rare. Additionally, the texture of the steak was granular and unappetizing. This experience did not meet the usual standards we have come to expect from this restaurant. I was very disappointed!

I had a disappointing experience! The food took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did, the potatoes were cold. But the worst part was finding half-cooked chicken in my pasta – it wasn't just slightly undercooked; it was dark pink in the middle!
