What a shame, the lady herself even said there known for their big, warm pool. Other patron in pool said water was freezing to.
Odd layout for a room with a Murphy bed and a pull out couch. Murphy bed was listed as a King but it was a Queen. Mattress on Murphy bed was bad a d bed was loud getting in and out of.The lobby is nice, as well as pool and gym.Food is limited and priceyRooms: Rooms was odd configuration. Beds were bad.Nearby activities: Lots of great activities near by, family theme parks, alpine slides, waterfalls and natural rock and water formations. Lots of shopping down the road in North ConwayFood drinks: Very limited options.A sandwich shop available for lunch through 5pm, a little pricey for the quality.Tap house restaurant was nice and clean open Wednesday through Saturday. No menu, different buffet options on each night. Pricey for what it is. They did have some good local beers on tap.
This hotel deserves 5-STARS hands down, not a 4.3. 1000%, one of the best places we have stayed and will absolutely stay there again. It is well landscaped, clean, EVERY employee we encountered including from front desk to cleaning attendants were so kind and said hello! ? The tap room food was delicious, the strawberry margarita was perfect $15? Eek) The cafe, however which opens at 7am has THE BEST breakfast sausage/egg/cheese/bagel sandwhich and very affordable food. Opened all day until I think 7 or 8pm. Food, snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. Very nice ladies! The pool is super nice, great temp. There was a tiki bar one night, which was cool. We really didn't want to leave. Our girls also loved that you have a playground, too! Thanks for a great stay. Keep up the good work!
Nice looking hotel with nice pool, pretty grounds. Very strange that they have a very decentlooking restaurant that wasn’t open for guests for breakfast or dinner. The concierge standing in the doorway of the restaurant, arms folded telling us we’re couldn’t go in was not very customer friendly, especially as we were just passing on our way back from going out to dinner elsewhere because the restaurant was closed. Also strange that they were catering a buffet breakfast for a passing bus tour, but not for actual hotel guests…?Anyway, overall the hotel feels like it could be so much better, but the skeleton staff and lack of certain basics made our stay feel a little strange and for the price we paid, it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t rush back.
Great hotel. Great rooms. We even had a room with a balcony to sit. It is very convenient to have the cafe there for breakfast and or lunch and the restaurant for dinner. We had the best stay there. The concierge name Judy was the staple to our visit here. We stayed for the weekend to go to storyland which was 7 minutes down the road. We already had tickets to it. Judy was the best as she gave advice to have breakfast with the characters and tea with Cinderella. Having little kids we booked it and they loved it. They couldn’t wait to come back to the hotel and tell Judy all about it. I wish there were more people like her at hotels. On our departure my kids went to look for Judy to say their goodbyes and even get a picture with her. (She’s famous in their books). They also told her we will be back when we go to Santa’s village or any stay and will be looking for her. Like I said if you go there and need any information or advice go speak with Judy.
