Feedback gevenOrdered for curbside breakfast. Checked in and waited for 30 minutes as 30+ other drive thru and curbside pickup customers got their food. Finally asked an employee and they said they never got my order ?? It's all through the McDonald's app! After 40 minutes and now waiting for a refund I had to go inside the restaurant where I had to wait another ten minutes or so while another customer got a refund as well . The manager first did not refund my full amount and had to do another transaction. Waste of my time. I have been a repeat customer here but I will never return.
The manager here is fantastic he always knows when to set my food out for pick up and is always friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers you can tell. He definitely deserves praise and more !
Went there after a 12 hour shift- got charged a local fundraiser fee that I wasn't even informed about nor was I even ASKED if I wanted charged for... hope they don't go around doing that with other things to steal money. And then got home and food was literally cold. All of it.
Got the order wrong. Woman at window did not give us a receipt and argued with us. Rude
I stopped by this morning to dine-in get some sausage biscuits. The girl took my order, and I asked for a cup for some water as well. She told me the total, and I said, I thought the sausage biscuits were 2.09. She then said the water is .50. I then politely said that I didn 't want the water and I 'll have to carry-out. She adjusted the order, and I paid with my McDonald 's gift card. I then went to get a couple napkins and I heard someone holler sausage biscuits x 2 , or something to that effect. So I walked over to the counter, but didn 't see my order. I waited a minute, then a gentleman asked me if I had been waited on. I told him yes , and then the girl who waited on me said His orders ' over there! I looked over to the left and found my order. When I took the bag, the gentleman looked at me and I told him, Your customer service could have been a lot better when my order was ready. And he said, Sorry about that. I feel that the girl was mad that I didn 't want to pay for water, and then treated me very poorly. At this time I don 't wish to go back to this restaurant.
