El Korita Mexican - BASALT

The grilled veggie burrito was amazing. If you’re vegetarian and anywhere near this restaurant, you have to stop by here to try this. It’s made with grilled zucchini, tomato, onion, and mushrooms. The sauce in it is peppery and delicious but not too spicy. I’ll probably spend the rest of my life trying to replicate it at home. The portion size is huge, my stomach was too stuffed to finish. Fantastic service from Yajaira, she recommended that I add some crema to the top which made it perfect. I was not expecting such a great restaurant in a small town like this, so I am really glad that I ate here. Busy on a Saturday night but they still had a seat for us in less than 10 minutes. I’ll absolutely make the trip out here again if I get to eat at El Korita!

Everything was great. We came in for a birthday, and enjoyed the chicken, steak and seafood, then got fried ice cream.

Awful food and even worse service. It was so bad I would have sent the food back and left but was enjoying my company. Although I would have had to get up and go to The front hostess stand to let them know Because once waiter dropped the food we never saw him again. Noticed He cleared the table though even before we Made it from the booth to the door. Use to be a good restaurant but has GONE DOWNHILL. Ick.

Female bartenders hate female customers all of them are extremely rude and they do not wait on you you're an imposition and they feel like they're doing you a favor by waiting on you there's also no white people working there
