Nando's - Basingstoke and Deane

Upon receiving my food, I noticed that my fries were cold. I requested for them to be replaced, and they promptly did so. However, I was surprised as I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. After reading the reviews of the place, I understand why it is so quiet. I believe they really need to improve their overall service, as I found the staff to be unfriendly.

More quickly visit for a holiday with family. at the arrival it was raining and wind floating, a queen on the seat in the rest of us nando expected to remain outside, whatever happened, no thought given to busy to take into account the wins. o good...because of the world I supppse,

Last week, we had a slightly slow dining experience here, but the food was delicious. Unfortunately, we had some issues with parking. There should be clear warnings about the limited parking time. It was cold, wet, and dark when we visited. The staff member knew where I had parked when we both went to the door to get my children. Not a word was mentioned to me about potentially receiving a ticket if a customer was parked in my spot. It was an expensive meal overall.

We had a decent start at this restaurant, as the staff was nice and friendly. However, we were surprised when our order arrived quickly, but the chips were lukewarm and the main dish was cold. The staff checked on us to see if everything was okay, but we hadn't even started eating the main dish at that point. Unfortunately, we have been feeling sick since then and had to go to bed early.

The restaurant was well visited, but could not believe that the staff, where stood on chairs, did not mention the large lamp over the tables dust where we all eat, so that there were dust particles above our heads, that the staff stood on the chairs. there are shoes where people have to sit. I had a glass that was dirty, and I ask for a new one and she said they were all. what was so withdrawn would be a response from this please. Health and safety should be safely informed.
