Dont order from here was waiting a hour and 20 minute food stone cold never seen anything like it dont recommend

Ordered at 19:08. We only ordered two 10” pizzas and one korma sauce. Order cost £18. Delivery should take 5 minutes maximum from the shop to our address. Called up at 19:55 and was told order would be leaving in 3 minutes. Called up at 20:20 was told our order is already on its way. Called up at 20:51 and was told oh sorry there’s been a mistake it’s sat on the side, it’s coming now. I said will it be cold they said no. 21:20 and our order has just turned up. No offer of discount, refund or extra food as a gesture. Was made to walk to drivers car to receive order, not delivered to the house. Asked why it took so long driver ignored and got back into the car. Disgusting service today. We order all the time and is fine, one way to lose loyal customers.

Had one of their leaflets through the letterbox so thought I’d try it. I ordered by phone and they said 20 minutes but by the time I got the order it was nearly an hour. I only ordered pizza and curry. Food was ok but not the best. I don’t want to be brought in under false pretences of a 20 minute wait only for it to be trebled. Wouldn’t order from there again.

My daughter ordered a small order. Pizza Doner Box a Kebab and cheesy chips. It was ordered at 7-05pm and was finally delivered at 9-35 exactly 2.5 hrs which is redicolius. We all made a call on 3 times and was each time lied to on delivery eta. We normally have our curries from here but now I believe the level of service is way off the line and tbh we won't be returning again. It's a shame as we have enjoyed the curries in the past but feel this is now a place whwrr if yoh can repeatidly lie then my business is not for them. On a final note the food was awful, cold and not worth the money...... Hence the reason we didn't gibe the driver full amount anyway so gald we didn't.

I ordered a takeout of 3 Madras chicken curries and 3 pilau rice, and I regretted it. When I opened the curry, it looked like a container of congealed brown oil with some unidentified bits in it that were supposed to be chicken. I took a small taste and spit it out immediately, as it tasted awful. I ended up throwing all of it in the trash. I believe they need to hire a new chef quickly. I will never order from this restaurant again.
