We sat for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Then, you only serve Pepsi products. We were loyal customers but after tonight we won't be back.

I am currently at this restaurant and the employees here are incredibly rude and noisy, showing a lack of concern for customer service. The atmosphere is unsettling, with a strange vibe. When I arrived, there were no other customers present, yet the staff were loud and disinterested. I tried calling multiple times before I arrived, but no one answered. It turns out they weren't even busy. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this establishment.

I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and wanted to visit Huddle House before leaving the city on Monday, June 22nd. The sign in the window advertised free meals for children on Mondays and Tuesdays with the purchase of an adult meal of $6 or more. There were 2 adults and 4 children in our group. When it was time to pay, we mentioned the sign in the window and were shocked to be charged $84. The staff claimed the sign did not provide all the details. We asked why we were not informed about the Monday/Tuesday promotion, and the server said it was not something they advertised, even though it was clearly displayed in the window. When we mentioned that there were hairs in our syrup dispenser, the manager, Sherry, became defensive. Overall, the customer service from the manager was disappointing.

I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced. I waited inside to place my order, but the man at the counter was too preoccupied counting his drawer to acknowledge me. A young man from the kitchen area tried to help, but the other man ignored me until he finished counting. After he finished, he just walked away without saying a word. Feeling upset, I left and went to the drive-thru where I placed my order with a friendly young lady. Despite receiving my food, I was still disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Previous positive experiences had led me to believe that this Wendy's was the best fast food place in town.
