It 's Steak 'n Shake... Simple, but good. Kids love it and I don 't have to cook. Everyone 's happy!

Placed an Uber eats order here and waited almost an hour only for it to get cancelled and have whoever was working give the driver attitude and ignore them. Don’t order from here you’ll get the same resultUpdate: tried to order again tonight and this time they tried to say my order was picked up when it wasn’t. What a scam this place has turned into stay away

I didn't mind waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru. I didn't care that the guy working was new and didn't know what he was doing. I didn't care that he tried to charge me $18 instead $10 because he was looking at the wrong order but after all that, the Frisco melt was over cooked, dry and chewy and barely warm and my fry cup was only half full. If I have to wait 30 minutes for the food it should at least be fresh. Instead of apologizing for the wait time why not just give some extra fries?

Absolutely amazing. Best food this side of the Mississippi River. I've been eating steak and shake Every meal for 6 months and I've never been happier. You can buy happiness, and it's at steak n shake!

Great food at a good price, feed a family of 4 for less then $25.
