This ice cream parlor highlights the finest dairy ice creams from the West Country. There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from and you can enjoy them outside by the abbey while watching the world pass by. The prices are also reasonable considering the location.
We were lucky to experience such lovely weather on our trip to Bath last week. Weather so nice that we sat outside the Abbey with our ice cream, very lovely it was too. The cornets crisp and fresh and lovely tasting ice cream. This shop does not accept credit cards so have your cash ready. If they are busy, it is probably advisable to have some change too.
Handy location on the edge of a square between the Baths and Abbey, with lots of benches outside. Quite a dated interior to this shop, but it's what's in the freezer, not what's on the walls that matters. The ginger was particularly impressive.
It was warm and I really needed some ice-cream, and this just hit the spot for me. I had a coconut ice-cream scoop that was just the best I have ever tasted
