Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Bath

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but I believe the staff can improve on their customer service skills and be more friendly.

The restaurant was very busy and quite loud. The cheeseburger and sweet potato chips were delicious and simple. We had to wait a little longer than 15 minutes for our food, but we did receive a complimentary meal.

My party of four waited for half an hour to be seated at the restaurant. After we ordered, two meals arrived promptly, but it took an additional 15 minutes for the other two meals to be served.

Very packed and busy place. We didnt wait too long for our food. Its was lovely i may add. Friendly staff. Would definitely visit again

Gourmet Burger was able to accommodate 35+ people at short notice...the service was great and the food was fantastic. They stored a cake for us and...
