Feedback gevenThat's the worst that's in the face of baton rouge. it's worse than college dr. and college dr. is pretty bad. if I can't go to the location burbank cfa, I find something else to eat. this place had excellent service a few years ago. I'm not sure what happened, but the staff is not friendly, the ride thru line takes 30-45 minutes and they're home and their order is wrong. if I wanted this kind of experience, I would go to popeyes.
My daughter took me there to get an salate. she recommended the southwest salad with a spicy grilled chicken, it was delicious, but spicy, but I liked it. I asked about water and I was pleasantly surprised with a big cup.
Great customer service but I always ask for hot food and food seems to be given ti me old and cold I will not be going back to this place
I 'm giving this location a garbage review, which takes a lot for me to do when it comes to a restaurant. Having work in various types of food establishments I try to give the benefit of the doubt where possible. One of those many types was in fact a Chick-fil-A. So the line drive thru line wrapped around the restaurant twice (the entire traffic flow of the parking lot was ill-conceived, that 's not their fault I know). It was lunch time on a Saturday and it had previously been raining. But there was no rain at all in the 40 minutes we were in the drive-thru line. And in that entire time they did not once send out order takers or food runners for the window. Either point could 've sped up the drive thru. The purpose of order takers is to allow the kitchen to get ahead on the orders, particularly when lines are long. Absent order takers the orders basically come in 2 at a time every 1-3 minutes. Absent food runners outside the orders move slower and therefore the cars at the order box sit longer after giving their order. There is a method to the madness when you see those workers running all over the place to get you your food quicker. This establishment failed to even attempt to alleviate these issues. If they were the only issue the review wouldn 't be 1-star. We eventually got to the window and we always check our food before pulling away. Which can feel a bit hectic considering you become the one holding up the line. We ordered on the app so only had to check in at the drive thru. Our order included 2 salads which they failed to give us the dressings for and we had to ask. They ask us which ones, and we were like the standard ones that come with it . Guess they don 't know menu cuz they were confused about which ones. They failed to give us any of the sauces we listed on our order. No forks for the salads. Not enough straws for the drinks. As I stated in the beginning I typically give the benefit of the doubt. But what I experienced on this visit was some combination of a lack of leadership and training. DO BETTER!
Discovered Chick-fil-A back in 1970 's in NOLA, all these years later, still consider the 'original ' sandwich as my old time favorite fast food. Wish they 'd kept the coleslaw though, it was awesome
