If I get to come back and visit Baton Rouge, one of my goals is to always eat at Louie's. Apparently I'm not the only one. There was a 45 minute wait this...

Stopped here on our way to New Orleans, cute little diner by the college. Staff was semi friendly but considering it was about 45 minutes to close I could understand. They will make any animal pancakes for kids which was awesome.

Best breakfast diner in town! The hash browns are amazing get cheese, or other toppings added. They serve pancakes AND waffles! Many choices of omelets, including seafood, breakfast combination meals (with steak, chops and my favorite chickenfried steak), a BEST (bacon, eggs, sprouts and tomatoes) sandwich. Honestly, one of the better burgers in town, along with manyother lunch offerings. Good, endless bottom, cup of coffee. Many other top, fresh choices for lunch.
