Pei Wei Asian Express (mandarin Express)

Some flavoring or oil they used in nearly everything was not pleasant at all. Also food was sitting in pools of oil. Tasted nothing like other Asian food I eat, even the spring rolls were gross. I was trying this restaurant out for the first time, will be the last.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 3 orders of crab ragoons and received one. On top of that door dash wouldn't even refund me for the 2 orders I didn't get. Never using doordash or ordering from peiwei express again.

The experience was quite good overall, but I wouldn't recommend trying their spring rolls or drinks. The drinks tasted watered down, and the spring rolls were tough and oddly chewy, almost as if they were stale. They also mixed up my order, but thankfully, the food was still enjoyable enough to make up for it.

The steak was very dry, as if it were old. The fried rice lacked flavor, and I even found an eggshell in my meal.

I really liked the Thai chicken curry and bourbon chicken, but I found the protein portions to be quite small. The beef was overly salty, and the fried rice was disappointing. However, the portions of fried rice or noodles were large, making it a filling meal overall.
