Chipotle Mexican Grill - Baxter

I NEVER bash a business because I know things happen. We 're human, we make mistakes. However, I 've given this location upwards of 5 chances before warning the public. Chipotle Mexican Grill in Brainerd, MN is a joke. This apparently is their idea of a Barbacoa Bowl with cheese, lettuce, meat, cheese, rice, and beans. As you can tell this is not it and it 's missing half the portion. This is also halves of avocados making up the large guacamole . I didn 't drive 50 miles round trip or pay $60 for our meals to get this. ? A BOGO meal is their idea of fixing the problem, however I shouldn 't have to buy anything in order to get the meal that I already paid for to begin with. The label has the contents of the order, how hard is it to follow what 's on it?! Jokes on me for only reading the labels on the containers instead of actually opening them to insure accuracy. Lesson learned. This place has gone down hill. No stars from me. I 've given them too many chances just to be let down and disappointed. Will never return. Stay away!

This location was great when they first opened. After a few months it slowly went down hill until it was at rock bottom. Mobile ordering is NEVER available, the counter where you are suppose to order food is super dirty all the time and they consistently are out of several ingredients. If you decide to go into the store expect a line out the door. Multiple times I have come and seen only 1 employee on the bar and checking people out.

The manager of this location should be fired. I came at 3 pm, well after any lunch rush. They were out of multiple ingredients, which may be understandable with supply chain issues. But beyond that, the place is a dump. Not a clean table in the place, garbage and food on the floors, tables and order counter, no ice in the soda machine, all the beverage servers for tea and limeade drinks were empty, no straws, about 6 forks left, empty napkin holder. Just unbelievable lack of any awareness for the customer experience. Never getting by business again.

Every time I go to this Chipotle it is disgusting inside. Always dirty with food everywhere. Today was bad enough for me to finally put a review up. There was over 30 people waiting in line with only one person working the front who was rude and unprofessional. They had 5 people in back slowly making prep and they were obviously ignoring the customers. Missing lots of ingredients. Ordered their featured juice to discover AFTER paying that they were out. Wouldn't refund me. I love chipotle but this one will ruin your experience. I recommend going to the local knock off California Burrito. Better service and cleaner.

Meal options are great and taste very good.. Place needed to be cleaned up a bit though.. Maybe a staff/manager to just walk through occasionally and do some light crumbing. The location is great, staff were polite and efficient. My colleagues and I enjoyed our meals and we will definitely go back.
