We had our grandson birthday party there on arrival we had to wait outside until someone is open an hour before the party. It was dirty, trashes full, bathroom dirty the toilets were not much less cleaned, no toilet paper. There was food on the ground and water in the ice rink that smells the place. My daughter booked the place 2 months before she ensures that everything is done with time. She asked to insure everything as planned, about a week before the party and Mr. Maynes forgot about their reservation. The whole experience was a nightmare. I know if a health inspector would go in to check the place where it would definitely be shut down.

On the day of the party, I called at 10 a.m. to ask if I could arrive at 11 to decorate (the party was scheduled for 2 p.m.), but he said no. He told me to meet him there at 12 instead. He ignored my three subsequent calls and didn’t show up until 1 p.m. When he finally arrived, he broke down in tears in front of me and denied the agreement we had made. Once we got inside, the place was disgusting—a complete mess from the previous party. The trash cans were overflowing, the bathrooms were not cleaned at all, the floors were filthy, and there was a terrible smell. I will never book or recommend this restaurant again if you are looking for good service and a clean environment.
