Loved this sushi spot! What a hidden treasure small and cozy, just a few tables with friendly staff. Great prices and very creative sushi roles. Recommend the signature roles: Hübscher Junge and 73. Ave! The menu looked extensive with many other delicious options I haven't tried yet. Absolutely come back!
I ordered several times for picking up and this is my first time to eat! I came up with my parents on a Sunday early evening filled with only 2 other tables, but when we left this place was packed with din-ins and phone orders/pick up. We ordered a “light” dinner from Avocado Salat, Spring Rolls, Oldashi Tofu for apps and two Teriyaki Bento Box. We definitely ordered about because I was almost full of the apps alone, oops. Avocado salad was delish, came with thin cut avo and ginger dressing on the side. Spring Rolls (Harumaki was somewhat disappointing in terms of the side it was $5 for essentially two spring rolls. The salmon teriyaki Bento Box was very filling and delish. Love you the shumai for tempura (only for $1 extra! and that came with two shrimps Tempoura and 3 Veggie pieces. Use the upgrade if you are not a fan of shumai. Even if we only ordered 2 Bento boxes to share (the parents were not too hungry, they gave us miso soup for all of us! Service was great for the number of employees available and all the things every person had to do to keep the fort. They were all super friendly and we have two slices of Cantaloupe to finish the meal!
We often happen and there is always a line on the weekend. Last Friday we want sushi. The shop is not big, about 6 tables. About 4 tables of customers when we arrived. The price on the menu is reasonable (it is a lot). Because we're hungry, we ordered a party tray 2 and the Nabeyaki Udon. It didn't disappoint us. Fish are fresh and the sushi rolls are delicious. The noodle is a warm soup after eating cold food. Last but not least, we try the tempura cheesecake. It's an interesting combination. Forget to mention their service is good and all staff and cook are friendly. We took so long to order (because we cannot decide what we eat). They didn't rush us. They made sure we had hot tea all the time. Even during their dinner time the sushi cook came to us. It's not a high-end sushi place like Manhattan, but the food quality is good. The interior is not unusual, but cozy. We always dine in Manhattan for sushi, but since Covid and these Asian hats, we prefer to go to locals. Sushi You are in our list.
The chef and the servers were really nice and the sushi is great too! It's a nice friendly delicious place. Will come back again.
