Beaches Cream - BAYVILLE

Delicious ice cream with many flavor choices. Across from the beach and you can walk around the park.

My friend and I came in after a long hot beach day excited to get milkshakes. My friend asked for a cookies and cream milkshake. The employee stared at her for a few seconds confused and annoyed and replies ok with an attitude. I then ordered a chocolate vanilla shake and she hands it to me with vanilla ice cream at the bottom and chocolate on top (not mixed together). I asked can you mix this? And she tells me we don 't do that here . (When 5 sec before she blended my friends shake) I walked out and couldn 't even sip it bc it was literally just soft serve ice cream that u had to try and suck out of a straw which was nearly impossible.

We stopped by on a hot summer afternoon to cool off. The decor was cute so we decided to get some root beer floats. They definitely hit the spot! I've cream was very good. The problem was that the server was being berated by someone who potentially was a manager in full earshot of the guests. There was a lot of tension there which made it awkward. We only had ice cream but I'm not sure we would order anything else there as the kitchen area seemed not clean. I'm not sure if they were even serving food but it needed a good cleaning.

Terrible service!! I waited 20 mins for 2 milkshakes! They screwed up 3 times because they didn't know how much ice cream to put in the blender and ended up putting too little each time. When I asked what was going on, the two teenage girls ignored me like I wasn't even there. They ended up giving me a soft serve instead of a milkshake because I was so sick of waiting. Do not waste 30 mins of your life on this terrible ice cream and even worse service.

Very bad service!!! The employees all have attitude problems. They messed up my order, they even pocketed my change. When I asked where is my milkshake? She said did you pay for it? Knowing that she was the one I paid it to. I asked who is the manager and she said with an attitude, I am the manager . I later found out that she is in training from the real manager. Tsk, tsk, this is the type of manager they hire in this shop. If the service is great then they can compensate for the awful food. Bad food and bad service together is just a truly bad combination. So don 't ever go here!!!
