Today between 3:30 and 4:00 I was sick and disgusting what I saw in Panda. You always have to wait for the vegetables. I asked the vegetables and I was told the wait would be 5-7 minutes. I observed that one of the chefs (white male, pudgy) came into a snore and pulled out a handful of broccoli OHNE GLOVES ON HIS HANDS and spilled it in a large bowl. He did it again when he took out the cabbage NO GLOVES. I asked one of the servers why he's not burning with any believer? She went to him and brought this to his attention. Then he comes by to explain and said SINCE COVID PANDA does NOT WANT the COOKs HANDLING FOOD with GLOVES ON. Only the SERVERS WEAR GLOVES. So I said they told you to use your BARE HANDS? A SPOON, a ****, TONGS, it's like you have your hands. This is a public restaurant not your personal kitchen. You have to turn this place off. The food is always old and sitting there for hours. And when they bring a fresh duck, they always pour the old food from the previous bowl above. The servers have bad settings.
Here's garbage. I won't be surprised when it closes. You turn off the mobile order app at 2030. They served me raw chicken teriyaki and had to take off the plate to get back on the grill. The narrow areas of the dining room to avoid people sitting. All they care about getting out of Faaaaassstttt?. Trash Trash Trash Trash Trash?.
I was so hungry for chicken and broccoli. With cattle and broccoli, the end is when they said they had no chicken and broccoli. It's on her menu! No clay soup... no main soup. What is this Chinese restaurant?? There was hardly any beef! Where's the beef?
I've had Panda Express in 2 different locations, Washington DC, and Orlando, Florida. They were pretty good, especially for a chain restaurant like that. But I tried this location, and the food and service was subpar. Won't eat there again.
