Restaurant le Saint Martin - Beaujeu

We were passing from there and it was time to stop and have dinner. However as this town doesn't have many restaurant, we were not spoilt for choice. To the contrary the only restaurant open was Restaurant le Saint Martin. Its a small restaurant and its rather basic, but nothing wrong with that. We ordered food. I had a pizza and my girlfriend had a beef steak. My pizza was more of a marshmallow, and it was soaked in mozzarella water. The dough had cewwing gum properties. The ham on top tasted good, but that is about it. My girlfriend's steak was great to look at and hopeless to taste. It was evident that the meat was not taken out of the fridge/freezer early enough. Although it was cooked blue, the meat was still hard inside. Anyways, at least the chips were somewhat decent (not good).

Nice boss, good service. The dishes are generally successful though some incidents to postpone making the availability of some random (heat does not help). Pizzas are always successful. The interior is a bit old, however, the terrace is not very well located on the street, but shaded. Otherwise easy enough access.

Excellent flat and dish does not connect to the quantity... I strongly recommend that you jump there

Error on order I called to report the answer I had was that there was an hour waiting to make a pizza that I was not a priority despite the error that came from them. I explained to them that pizza was for my son and I couldn't wait an hour to make him eat. I asked them if they could make pizza between orders, they told me he didn't care. Besides disgusting pizza. Neither the boss nor the waitress wear masks and the boss smokes in the restaurant.
