This is a favorite lunch spot for me. Abbie is usually busy, but I have never seen him without a smile or a willingness to interact with customers. The ladies who serve on sandwiches are always friendly and, above all, the food is always excellent. This is a great place for a light lunch and even some food for later!
Abbie's was recommended to us by a lady who lives in orange, TX. She spoke very much about her gyro, so I just had to try. It was excellent. It was an explosion of tasteful ingredients that tasted the whole way to the last nite. The special olives served on the side were very good. My husband ordered the corner beef sandwich. It was just as good as the gyroscope. Now that we have tried two different articles, I am happy to try again, two more things on the menu. We really loved this place and will definitely visit again.
Wow! What a find! Friendly staff! And owner too! Very special! Tasty food! Eat in call in to go order
I had no idea this place was here. 19th Anniversary on August 1st. Did not know what to expect when I walked in being a first-time customer. The food is amazing. The prices were so inexpensive that we wanted to order more but we knew we would not be able to finish eating it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a traditional Mediterranean Deli Style Food. They also have a market that is attached where you can buy even more traditional items. Coffee 1.00 Tea .25 all different types of deserts. I paid 1.25 for mine. I appreciate the culture it brings to this area. A very delicious place to get something to eat and then go relax at Tyrell Park or have a picnic.
