We are currently seated around a beautiful table, enjoying a harmonious and exceptional meal. The presentation and color harmony are truly a feast for the eyes, while the explosion of flavors and originality are a delight for our taste buds. Kudos to Gardinal Vincent, the head chef and owner, as well as his staff for their professionalism and good humor.

A surprise stay and meal organized by my darling for our meeting anniversary. rainy weather did not allow us to enjoy the buccolic environment or the beautiful terrace. beautiful reception on site. a succulent and roborative menu and impeccable service with a special bravo to the sommelier for his explanations. accord mets and wines at the top, a meal that justifies its star. the room (suite for us) is in its juice and the bathroom a little steep but otherwise the bedding is of quality. a pity that the wi-fi does not work and that the 4g is almost nonexistent. television system to see. a very satisfactory overall balance for our taste buds.

The chef offers a classic cuisine, as I love it. not necessarily exotism and snoring names, but precise cooking points and seasoning, simple sauces, reduced cooking juices and concentrated flavours. heartburn for the crust paste with the goose liver. I am not a great critic, but according to me, the great kitchen is precisely what vincent gardinal offers. nothing else! service is impeccable, without false note, with elegance, advice and sympathy. the wines are well advised and have the height of the plates they sublimate.
