Oswego Grill- Beaverton

Had a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes for a table. as the hostess said briefly. eating cold had to fry almost finished sending back with meal before I got hot pommes waitress seemed too busy to take care of our tables was two hours. size too small for the price they pay.

Our service person was absolutely amazing. very friendly and attentive. thank you.

Just a waiter and he was very well thinking about how busy it was. it was nice to see the manager walking around the control of the dinge.

We had a reservation and were seated 15 min late. I understand the evening was very busy but our server was slightly short with us. Someone who brought our food out refused to take our empty plates. We asked her to she said “I’ll be back” while walking away. The other employee who brought out our food took our plates and was pleasant. Our server’s demeanor changed after that interaction but it was still not the best service. Food was good, drinks were good (took a long time to arrive, though).

No thanks, apparently you have no idea what a reservation is for. We were told we were up next, yet you seated several others before. So we were Not next. Just be honest up front and people will understand. Don't double book time slots. It irritates people. I'm irritated and Disgruntled! That is why we left without being seated!!
