Texas Roadhouse - Beckley

Just had an awful experience from the manager on duty (Regina I think). She was very unprofessional towards me my friends. Cut us off after two drinks. We were not loud or rambunctious or anything like that. Will probably not be back to this location. We were there for several hours. Non of us were intoxicated. Is there a policy for this? If so I feel like it should be made public. Our server Sheyene was super awesome very honest professional with us.

I am sitting here at texas right now. The reason for this review so quickly is for the waiter we have. I always bring a drink with me due to I am unable to drink soft drinks. She said it was illegal to have it. No one has ever said anything to me before. I am very upset. The soft drinks out of the machines make me sick. Other hand my dad loved the chili but it's a bit salty. It's not like it used to be.

I had the worst experience. It took over 20 minutes just to get rolls and even when they were brought to the table they were cold and hard. I ordered a medium well steak and it came back raw. So I sent it back and even the second time it came back it was still absolutely too red. They didn’t load my mashed potatoes like I had paid for, and another person’s sweet tea wasn’t sweet. Steak was at the perfect temp and just melts in your mouth. Potatoes and buns perfect as well Server and staff were very friendly. We left dinner fully satisfied.

Food is wonderful great servers and that good ol down gone feel is all in their TEXAS Will be HERE a long time keep GETTING ER DONE TEXAS STEAK HOUSE MY NEW HAPPY GREAT FOOD GREAT PEOPLE AND JUST GREAT EAT AND HANG OUT STEAK BAR IN BECKLEY PUTS OUTBACK IN A IN FIELD AS IN TEXAS ROCKS AND OUTBACK BOTTOM OF THE LIST GOOOOO TEXAS ROADHOUSE PURE GREATNESS AND PERFECTION!!!!
