Jack In The Box - Bedford

Pulled up at 4:11am to get an uber order. I was told we 're closed! I asked ... well what about my uber order? Then she told me park in the front it 's a big order !?

When we came home, my little girl noticed that she put Ketchup and Mayo and her food and her meal dry and her frits were cold and my son Mini Tacos were also cold and a mess with so much fat. So my wife went back to the store and came out to talk to the manager and explained what had happened, and he refused to fix the order, and all he said was that he could turn off the bread. What still the meat has Ketchup and Mayo and now everything is even colder. My wife began to set up, the so-called manager just stood there to leave her. I want companies to contact us immediately, and I want the manager fired and the car-thru type to laugh...

Had to sleep a door here, they said they didn't have it and couldn't do it again, so the door had to call them and they saw them pick up the phone and hang up immediately. had to cancel customer order

Terrible service and order is always wrong. I have very low expectations of fast food and was still shocked by how consistent and absolutely this place causes problems. Avoid this place, if possible; Objects and sizes are often also wrong for exchange. Food: 1/5

Lol I get it, I went to jack in the box. So realistically I shouldn 't expect amazing customer service. However don 't get mad when a customer gets frustrated with you at the drive through because you keep interrupting them as they are trying to order. Resulting in the order taker not getting the correct items. If the order taker would have paused for a moment, she would have heard me asking her for what I would like. Instead I was interrupted almost as soon as I started asking for something. If you don 't like your job, that 's fine, but jeez, a little patience would be nice. This Jack in the Box is always so rude. I had decent customer service one time. If this wasn 't the only jack in the box close to me I wouldn 't go here. You know the thought you get of, I 'll just give them one more chance I Gatta stop having that thought because I always leave this place frustrated and treated like ****.
