I was present at the restaurant with my cousin. Initially, we were seated inside for 15 minutes without anyone attending to take our order. I contemplated leaving, but my cousin insisted on having pizza there. Consequently, I resolved to approach their kitchen personally to place a pizza order. Subsequently, we were made to wait for 20 minutes for the pizza. Additionally, there were no tissue papers on the table. Finally, the pizza was undercooked, lacking proper taste, and the portion size was smaller than expected given its price. I sincerely hope that the restaurant owner takes my feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
