We didn’t reserve a table in advance but when we got in to ask for one it was so crowded with huge groups of people in a tiny area. We asked to get a table for two and the lady at the desk said it would only be a little wait. When we were waiting we decided to look around the giant mall. When we got back (after about half an hour) we were still told to wait. We were waiting in the not very pleasant reception area for a further half hour! We asked for a table at about seven and only got a table after eight! We were both famished by the time we got seated and expected a great selection of food but there wasn’t much to chose from and the food that was there was very limited and half of the food dishes were empty as we arrived near closing time. It wasn’t great considering my daughter is a very picky eater and there wasn’t a big selection for her but that was to be expected considering it is Asian food that she hasn’t really been accustom to that. I had a few different curries and mostly Indian food which was alright but not great quality. We weren’t seated until after eight and at about ten to nine we were told that we had to leave soon for closing which wasn’t great. The dessert selection was very good there was so much to chose from but you don’t go to a buffet or restaurant for the dessert. The price was bad too it was very expensive for alright quality food. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant especially if you don’t book in advance.
I went there for my holy communion great food but it cost £180 so yea I recommend this place it's way better than china china it says June 2020 but I went in 2019 July
Visited Cosmos in Victoria Square for a lunch, we were disappointed, there was little selection and the food was below average, chips were soggy, Eton mess dessert was just a lump of cream with no meringue The servers on the other hand were pleasant and friendly
Not as nice as it used to be. Wide selection of food and decent enough price. But you get what you pay for so food was just ok.
I wish I had of read the reviews before visting again!we used to go here every Christmas while we did some shopping and decided to go today. I wish we hadn't! The food was cold, the choice is no way near what it used to be, and the food and selection of desserts were nothing but frozen items you could have bought in iceland! The staff unfortunately did not seem like any of them wanted to be there, unhelpful and unhappy, and then have the cheek to try and charge a service charge, which probably doesn't go to them anyway! The worst part for me aside from the food was the ladies toilets! An absolute disgrace...there was USED sanitary pads sticking out of the bins, this is totally unacceptable in any public facility!! Will never be back through the door again, its not the cheapest place to eat so sort the place out, people should not be wasting hard earned cash on cold tasteless food!
