Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Do not order online unless you want your order messed up. From the employees, i was told the app is trash and so is the site. Both orders i have placed for this location have been messed up. first one thankfully the staff remade my order but the second time they stated my order never even came through on their end even though my card was charged and that it was too late to reorder.

Our family’s go to for pizza! Easy process- order online, pickup pizza, read simple cooking instructions, pop it in the oven and you’ll get the most perfect fresh pizza ever! They don’t skimp on toppings and taste delicious. Staff are friendly every time we go pick up.

I was very disappointed by staff’s behavior. I also was disappointed by fact they were unaware of there prices since I was purchasing for someone else’s. I sat in the car while the other person attempted to call in the order the staff didn’t answer 2 x. When I got in to ask for order they offered me someone else’s order already prepared dough which was not refrigerated and was not for customer. They also charged me 38 for cold pizza and made the crust very thin I cooked it like ingredients said and my fire alarm talks so it said there was a fire in our house you should be ashamed of yourself.

Make sure you’re clear with what you want, and your crust is well.

I don’t usually leave reviews, I guess I should start doing positive ones instead of just went I’m disappointed, but nonetheless. This has got to be the worst papa Murphy I have EVER been to. The rudest person I have ever met at one and when I decided to not give a tip like usually do, even though it’s just carry out, he had the nerve to mention it. The other one in the area happens to be the BEST one I’ve ever been too and will definitely drive out of my way to go there.
