Village Inn - Bellevue

I ordered a piece of cake with my extract that was not included in the bag. I called the place to get a refund and the manager prefers to argue with me and try to drive back to get it when I had already used my work break to go there first. I always said I didn't want to go back and she always fought. She finally told me that she would spend a refund and I would see it in 5 7 days. here we are over a month later and I still have not the refund. the crepes were not even heated and were semi-frozen and rubbery.

Great service and good food just as I ordered it. server made sure that I was well looked after and a free piece of cake was a pleasant surprise.

The side of the pancakes that come with a meal are now so small and strange. they used to be the best, one of the reasons I liked to go. I don't care to go more. it is sad

I've been in business. So I had to eat for each. I ate my eating on the road to save time. also among the different rooms of customers who sort dirty laundry. Honestly, eat the best I've had in the city so far. I hope I have enough time to sit in the beautiful restaurant next door. would definitely recommend everyone.

I will ALWAYS order from this location, especially now. I had a mishap with Uber eats today and when I called up to village inn the manager Jessica was extremely nice and helpful, fast forward to when I went to pick up the food and she had offered to reheat everything for us because it had been sitting there forever because Uber eats messed up. Jessica is fantastic and incredibly nice. I know she was doing her job, but it didn't go unnoticed. It's the little things that really count. Thank you!
