Ordered the hot Chicken Ranch sub. I assumed it would be just as tasty sandwich like most of them. Due to cold weather I wanted a warm sandwich. With the First bite I took it was disgustingly Drowning in ranch dressing. The tosted bread was soaked in the stuff. I couldn't eat it so I washed off what could and fed the chicken and beacon to my dogs. Still hungry i only drank my soda and ate my chips. Now Hangry! What a waste of money when you have no extra to spend.We did call to inform them that it was too much dressing, per Rafale who anwered the phone. Said that they do 3 lines of the dressing per their standards and he personally made it. No apologies were given more like this how we make it too bad And that was it.No offers to fix the problemNo sorry at least. The staff at this location are always so nice. The sandwiches from Jersey Mike's are always good but the staff makes the experience quick accurate and worth the extra 10mins. it takes me to get there.Food: 5/5

I was turned away by the worker with 20min to closing he was pretty rude just didn't care to even take my order... pretty wack!
