Hundred North - Bellingham

They love the agricultural concept: we enjoyed fantastic food preparations that really worked, delicious and unique cocktails and a knowledgeable, appealing server. that was my third meal in the hundred north, and I am always looking back.

They opened early to bring us others so that we could get to the theater in time.

The duck breast ordered and was very impressed! everything was pleasant

Our waitress Nicole was outstanding! The food was really good. We ordered the black cod and the cassoulet. The sauce for the black cod was very heavy for such a delicate fish—it was delicious and went well with the kale (which was very salty). Cassoulet was good, deconstructed and rich. Pork belly appetizer was insane and great grilled chopped salad. Cocktails are imaginative and decent wine list. We finished the night with an Amaro flight customized by our great waitress. We will be back.
