Frekin Gud Bbq - Bellmead

My cousin got us chopped brisket sandwiches today and man, they were delicious!!!!Super thick and some of the best homemade BBQ sauce I've ever had...thanks Carla and Shaine!!! Will definitely be back!! Parking: Right in front of building...probably 10 or so spots

Everything just needs more smoke flavor and the freshness wasnt consistent. Parts were tender and parts were tough and dry. Maybe like it was reheated. The pulled pork, ribs and brisket were below average sauce was fine. Fountain drink tasted like it had dust in it, not clean. Sausage was good. Shane and Carla produce excellent products at their restaurant. They run the place by themselves and are always happy to see their customers. If you want excellent BBQ from good folks give it a try. I don't think you will be disappointed.
