I was informed if we didn’t arrive by 1:10 they were not going to reserve our table. Upon arrival 10 minutes before 1:00 I dropped off my wife son so they can check with the hostess to inform her we have arrived. The hostess rudely commented back to my wife we were there 10 minutes too early and the tables were not set up.When we were seated at a large table there was no silverware settings no salt pepper shakersWhen we received our menus we ordered 3 different appetizers from the menu. Our waiter came back to our table to inform us the appetizers were NOT available. They didn’t refill our beverage glasses tea water. They were out of ranch dressing for our salad’s. One of our family members ordered a hot dish when it came out it was completely cold.
Loved this place, great food and service was amazing. The atmosphere is great and the view of the creek is very nice. I recommend this place for a nice date or dinner with family.
Had an amazing time on the patio and we loved how we could bring our Einstein with us. We plan to return. We stopped by for an appetizer and a buzz while roaming the area.
The food was pretty good, but the service was subpar. Never had my water refilled, we had to ask for silverware, the vibe of the restaurant felt pretty dead (not because of amount of people, but not the best vibe). Overall, a decent experience, but it's not the cheapest food and for that, I was pretty unimpressed.
The food was ok. However, what made it pleasantly was the service. Thank you, Matty or Marty. Apologies if I am mispronouncing the name. Steak was perfectly cooked but lacked in taste (which I admit is my personal preference). You probably would find it ok, good, or great even. The fact it was cooked how it was ordered says lots of the Chef. Mashed potatoes have a southern grand Ma taste to it, so good there. Broccoli was tasty (could use less butter, for those of us who are health nuts, pretty sure if I would have asked, they would have accommodated it). But the Chili, whoa nelly ?. First, it is not like the chili most people are used to. In fact, it is more like ground beef with onions and beef. I was waiting for my taco shells or tortillas, lol ?. But, the taste, at least for me, I loved it. My wife, who had not ordered it, ended up getting a cup of it. Is a good restaurant to give yourselves a break, a night in town relaxing and not having to think of cooking. Parking: You have to drive to the parking lot behind the restaurant and you will find plenty. If you stay on top, it could get difficult. So, drive behind and park by the river, and enter through the back or walk up the stairs of the Plaza, and then decide if you want to eat there or any of the other options there.
