Feedback gevenHoliday time – heavy time for short-seed food treads. The best chances are that the restaurants with hotel companies, Plan B and Plan C are already in the air during the pass. But I wanted to go to La Toscana in Bendorf for a little lunch. I was afraid plan A was to burst. Still parked, the door opened, optimistic happiness. A well-known face from service welcomes me and leaves me in the holy halls, the good room left down, free table choice, why not, no one else. Food: I get all the cards, including the wine card. The bistro card remains unused when I find interesting little things in the “higher” card. The order will be more extensive than thought, interesting creations there are enough as the card constantly changes: Tatar and Carpaccio vom Rinderfilet 14 € Geeistes Gurkensüppchen mit Flusskrebsspieß 7 Jakobsmuscheln auf Wakame Algen Risotto 17 € additional Riesling dry 2013 von Menschsdorf 5 € The latter comes into the carafe and is gifted. Also good tasteful and visually beautiful to see the crabs with fresh, pleasant taste and a beautiful supplement. The main dish, after the card an intermediate dish, took a little longer. 3 sapphire mussels in perfect cooking condition, slightly glazed, were seasoned with black Hawai salt. They lay on a creamy Wakame Algae Risotto, which was perfectly made and also produced the desired degree of saturation. And 6 friends of Peter3, cherry tomatoes, complete the presentation. I also liked the wine ordered so that I liked it so that I finish at this point on 5 stars. The ambience: The “Dr.Brosius”, this room is bright, friendly and always festive. Not too old-fashioned, even if tiles are not always my case and I prefer to see bright wood on the floor. But it is (yet harmonious and for me therefore worth 5 stars, as well as cleanliness, all flashes and sparkles. At the PLV I leave it today with good 4 stars without rounding. For me at any time a recommendation and at the next visit there is hopefully finally the 3 Sayn menu (if I don't want anything else again);
