Mcdonald's - Bengaluru

They just don't have the same hype that it used to have. The burgers seem to be getting smaller each time I go there. The patty is dry and the amount of mayo they put is a pittance. The only reason I go here off late is to get a Soft Serve ice cream which costs 20 bucks and tastes good.

Listening and hearing problem with staff here. These are absolutely normal people. there was no loud music or many people. Finally while placing order, the staff on counter asked me McDonald's favourite million dollar question, what is your mobile number? I reasoned why would you need that and he was insistent on having my mobile number as he couldn't take the order. Soon you guys will ask for aadhar, passport etc?? Who the heck wants to have McDonald's, not me. I walked off and will never walk in again.

Very poor quality, I haven't had such worst burger and aloo tikki in my life.... Earlier this store was not so bad but today's experience was horrible .... In case if you don't have good cooks then shut your store rather than ruining your image and hampering other's health.

The quality of burger was absolutely ridiculous. Aloo tikki was tasteless beyond description and paneer burger was all about paneer mixed with chillies. The worst of all was the french fries. Not recommended.

Strange enough the service was not the McD standards. first, my order took a long time to prepare and serve. from the time of order I had enough time to visit a nearby subway to get a sandwich, pay them and comeback to mcd to find my order not yet ready. there were some mixup with items I ordered, but the staff could quickly get the item I ordered back. this box is located in the food dish of the inorbit mall. good place to visit when they are looking forward to a quick bite.
