More expensive and usually slow. Employees are nice but routinely forget items and don 't give you receipts. Today was the second time I ordered a deal on the app and they forgot an item. Used to go frequently for their 2 for $5 but now that their food is expensive they just suck.

Service was not good for me. Burger was dry and tasteless, drink wrong size. I'm still SMH, not the first time, won't be going back. No No.

The dining room had an unpleasant odor. I ordered online but waited 30 minutes for my food, which seemed more like a steakhouse than fast food.

Always need to satisfy my craving for a whopper. Went thru the drive thru with a coupon. Service was slow. The ladies did not honor the coupon. I know this because they charged regular price after leaving the place and without a receipt. Tried calling them but it went straight to answering machine. Food was room temperature to cool. Just disappointed.
