From Carly Scott (V quad van Latte x2 croissant) Ian made my drinks to perfection today and had extreme urgency when I came in after I mentioned I had to get to work and I wasn’t even inside the store for 2-4 minutes at that time! Had amazing service from Chris as well ! Very friendly made me feel at home and comfortable even with the store being a busy morning ! I wanted to take the time to compliment Chris and Ian for taking care of my mobile order so quickly accurately and going above and beyond. This is why I am a regular for interactions with individuals such as mentioned above! Makes me want to work back with the company one day. Order was wrong. Attitude workers. Late order so had to wait more time for them to remake it.

Just wanted to share, I had the 2 friendliest people serve me in drive thru this morning just before 7am. I was having a rough morning and they made my day a little better. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. The barista accidentally made a latte heart which was exactly what I needed!

Extremely clean Starbucks. I got a Caramel Crunch, very good.
