Buffalo Wild Wings - Bentonville

They told me before i was hired i could be bartender if i did training of cook and serving and when i started working a week kater of being cook i asked again when ill start cross training and they said we dont do that at all never have never said that my girl was gonna work with me they said the same thing to her but when she realized they lied to us both i tried quitting and said ill work the rest of my shift so they aren't under staffed and they fired me as i quit how ridiculous to lie in order to get us hired and then lie abt saying it immature managing and immature managers

Food was fine. Service was horrible! We waited 25 minutes for drinks and when we asked for a refill it took so long we just canceled, paid our tab and left. We were there for over an hour and most of the time was spent waiting on drinks.

Easily the worst B Dubs experience I've ever had. Came here with coworkers for lunch. Lunch took 34 minutes to arrive from the time we ordered. Food was room temperature when we got it, like it was sitting in the window. As our lunch break was quickly passing, we asked for our checks and explained we had to get back to work. 25 minutes later, finally got them. Needless to say, we were late coming back to the office.

I got the brisket burger, i would give it a good 7/10

Wait staff was just functional and robotic, not friendly. Long wait for hamburgers and wings. Food was cold.
