I am a loyal customer for red ribbon bergenfield and proud of the filipino food there. This time i am so pissed. I made a mistake placing the order on their website theres option of pick up and delivery. I called right away 5x with 5 10 min space in between. Nobody picks up the phone. A guy called me at 4:30 asking when will i pick up the order. I told him what happened. He said they are understaff one in kitchen and one in counter. Whenever i go to the store it was not that busy like jollibee. So nobody can even picks up and let me on hold? Their phone line does not even have voicemail. This turned me off i cant believe IT WAS TERRIBLE better sit there and see if they will make your order on time. I will wait and see if they will give the refund 4 5 business days.
Got 2 bags worth of mamon. Went home and a majority of them had mold on it. We were going to go back to get a refund, but the business hours said they’re closed. It looks like a lot of the low star reviews are due to mold. This issue needs to be fixed, especially because it’s a health issue!!

The absence of proper cooling made the shopping experience intolerable, especially during the hot summer months. The stifling heat, potential health risks, compromised product quality, and lack of professionalism exhibited by the management were major drawbacks. The value of comfort and well-being of the employees are comprised immensely. Electric fans were not even set up to alleviate the heat. I was woozy due to my BP during my visit. I hope management will correct this issue immediately.
I bought Halo halo, they don't have Leche plan on there menu it does, 2nd on there display their Black Forest cake have Cherry the cake I bought don't have Cherries and they don't give bag, they want you to buy for all the items you bought.They should give bag with the minimum purchase
