Assateague Crab House - Berlin

A small ride from Ocean City, but it's worth it! Three of us went on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered the filled scallops, fried shrimps and filled flounder. We have a side salad and either Pommes or Cole Slaw. Everything was absolutely delicious. The salads were very fresh. My filled scallops had so much crab meat in them, not filler. The pommes were hot and crisp. The shrimps were fried for perfection and the filled flounder was like the scallops, fresh and loaded with crab meat. Our server, Crystal, was welcoming and attentive. We look forward to our next visit.

Food was amazing! The staff was great. Place was clean. Fun small playroom for the kids. Very recommended.

The place is nice, but I wasn't too impressed with the food.

Visited the island with my 2 dogs and found this wonderful place to eat. Not only was all the food amazing but the entire staff was super accommodating to my two dogs! They even have a dog house outside and brought us a water bowl and treats . Highly recommend visiting!!

The food was quite enjoyable overall. The crab cake was mostly filled with crab meat and had minimal filler, though the crab itself was lacking in flavor. The cream of crab soup was tasty, but personally, I would have preferred it with a bit less sherry. The service was outstanding, and the waitstaff were very friendly. Since it's a crab house, hushpuppies are a must!
