The people here are always nice, but who looks at this charred sandwich and decides it’s acceptable to hand to a customer? I have never received a piece of food this burnt from any restaurant and in fact every thing I’ve ever ordered from here has been on the burnt side but this is insane. These sandwiches aren’t cheap and this barely qualifies as edible.
