Ruby Tuesday - Berlin Road, Cromwell

Great food, great service , prompt service, great value. Absolutely all around a great experience!

My sister and I stopped there after Christmas shopping and just got the salad bar. It was delicious. And we were pleasantly surprised that the tab only came to $15. There was a special going. ?

Not sure if they are going out of business but they seemed short staffed and certain food items were old and raggedy like the buns and tots. Both of us had trouble digesting after and I didn't have that issue at the other restaurant I went to recently. Otherwise, it was pleasant.

Service was excellent, reason for 3 stars was the quality of the food. Love Chilis chili ordered a bowl without cheese. First bowl came out with cheese and super burnt, waitress brought a second bowl (no cheese) that looked like the chef had scraped the bottom of the pan, all burnt crust again When she came back I asked for a fresh bowl and the waitress knew right away after looking at this one. She came back with a fresh bowl and said she prepared it herself. I am in awe that the kitchen staff would send out two bowls of burnt, bottom of the barrel scrapings of chili. Have some pride in your work, people!

My first time visiting Ruby Tuesday with my family, and going to be my last time, orders 2 8oz Top Sirloin dinner with mashed potatoes, 2 Top Margaritas, an order of Buffalo wings. The Margaritas used the cheapest produce and it was awful and the 2 dinners looked like kids orders.
