Restaurant Gluhwurm - Berlin

Absolutely amazing food from southern Germany at a reasonable price. You must come by when you find yourself in Friedenau, Berlin. I've been twice and I'm planning to go many times. I've only ordered meat dishes so far, and I'll put it back completely... The place is quite small, so if you have the opportunity to book a table, I suggest you do it.

We enjoyed a delicious meal in this restaurant. The staff is so nice and friendly and the atmosphere great. The presentation of the food was very impressive. Prices also excellent.

What a fabulous find. On a business trip to Berlin, one of our team had eaten at this small restaurant at the same event last year. It was great! So good we went twice! We had a fine bottle of Sekt one evening a very...acceptable Riesling on the other night! Don 't have a starter as the main with an inappropriately entitled small salad is more than filling! We had schnitzel 2 large prices for one portion) pork fillets in sauce very tasty) and the veggie pasta parcels in cheese sauce. So good I forgot to take a photo! Wanted a dessert but too full! Just remember to take cash as like many small outlets they don 't accept credit cards!

If you want to taste and feel the German atmosphere. ....go here......Siebel is a hardworking owner but she still takes the time to be nice. Our schnitzel was very nice...advise: do not take a starter, the main course is a lot....in the summer must be...great to sit outside.

This is a great cozy restaurant with great outdoor beer garden. Food was reasonable and worth more than the price. House specials were particularly good. Locate din a beautiful neighborhood just off of the busy Rheinstrasse
