the flow - Bern

We had the vegetarian and the surf and turf poke.Bothe wer just excellent, very good Quality meat, fruits and vegetables. The taste is a delight. The building/room is for winthertime a little to cool, also the poke i wille try next time in summer

We took some take away sushi in the evening. Service was great and very fast! The cook even gave us some extra pieces really very nice. The sushis tasted amazing, a real joy to eat. would come back!!

The Flow is a sit-down restaurant in the building, which is one of those work/shop concepts ... basically a mall food court leased office space. The Flow is probably the nicest place to eat among at least a dozen other options, which...mostly tend more toward fast food. The specialty here is sushi, although there were some rice dishes on the lunch menu when I went as well. I really liked the atmosphere, and the prices were reasonable for Bern. The sushi I had was absolutely fine as was the service, but neither was anything special. I would go back again, but it's not my No. choice in the area for a great sushi meal.

We tried the the avocado tartar and the salmon poke. Absolutely great dishes! The surrounding is nice and very close to the all kind of public transportation in Berne. Despite of this fantastic foundation the staff could be much more forthcoming. I didn‘t get my...drinks and even at the end there was no „Sorry, we forgot!“. In comparison to the rather expensive dishes I expect slightly more attention to making customers happy throughout.
