Pizza melt had no avocado in it there was no ingredients just a small amount of cheese and two tiny bite sized pieces of chicken on it, (it tasted off And I would like a refund. The expected delivery time kept changing and reloading on my end at the expected delivery time, but I could see food had been out of the oven in store for a while. Also the last two times prior when I ordered pizza it contained uncooked dough and twice I have had food poisoning from eating pizza from here. (even from vegetarian pizza from the raw dough. And threw basically the whole pizza away eating one piece and terrible garlic bread. Only to get sick both times. There also isn't any even distribution of toppings or sauce like the plain raw pizza base was showing through. Every time I order there is at least one topping missing and not enough toppings or cheese. I have tried to persist and order again and again but it just keeps getting worse and worse there. A lot of the staff are rude. The feed back form online that comes with the food doesn't send which is why I am posting here. Twice in store they have also done my change wrong once my change was $30 out (they insisted I gave them $20 instead of a $50 note etc or the girl couldn't round up to a full note. And it took a lot of arguing and explaining to get my change right. This was a manager that couldn't do change so had to explain I wasn't “lying” and the till would be out on their end. The place is a bit worse for wear, from broken windows to rubbish out front of store. The supreme pizza we ordered had strange little over cooked rubbery meat thingys. Beware!!!! I ordered online for delivery 2 pizzas a pepperoni traditional and BBQ meatlovers and a pepperoni melt, 2 garlic breads and a drink for 44 dollars immediately after biting into it I a had a foul taste in my mouth and the smell was something else i tried the melt and had the same experience. I rang the store only to be argued with by the Manager Electra saying there was nothing wrong with my pizza. I asked her if she had had a bite from the pizza I had in front of me and she said no of course not to which the obvious reply was well how would you know. Because no one else has complained. Once again had they tasted the pizza and melt I was served they would share my opinion. I'd been ordering pizza from.this site for years I wasn't chasing a free feed the pizza that was delivered couldn't be eaten and they refused to send a driver to collect it and replace the meal it was consequently feed to the neighbours dog. A complete waste of money. I was furious. Called another dominos restaurant to ask the complaint process and sent the appropriate forms away only to be offered 1 pizza and 1 side free with my next order. A huge insult. If I could give no stars I would, The Manager Zack was the rudest person I 've ever met. We went through drive through and he didn 't come to the window for like 10 minutes left us waiting and when he came to he opened the window and just stared at us and said what do you want we ordered and he slammed the window shut and said it would be 15 minutes for one pizza. We could see him through the window throwing the pizzas and garlic bread into the oven not even doing it carefully and even when I complained to another worker he agreed with me that he was rude and kindly apologised for his Managers behaviour. We usually love coming to get a pizza after work but if the Managers are going to be that rude we might have to start going to Glenmore. So Rude could not believe it.
